Wellness Tribe is EKKO Silent's wellbeing community in Barcelona. We run group activities (running club, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, dance, breathwork and ice baths) and events that bring them all together in a single day, always with our wireless silent disco headphones.
You come to move, but you stay for the people. Many arrive on their own and leave with a group to meet up with the following week.
Guided workouts and classes for every level, outdoors and with group energy.
Yoga, breathwork, meditation and cold exposure to slow down and come back to yourself.

Everyone wears EKKO wireless headphones. The instructor's voice and the music reach you crystal clear and at your own volume, whether you are in the front row or at the back, even on a beach, in a park or on a rooftop.
With no speakers we disturb nobody, so we can take sessions to places where noise would not be allowed. And you only hear what matters.
